Nastasha, our field care supervisor, visits the home in person to assess needs, learn routines and preferences, and build a care plan around the real person — not a checklist. She also plans for specific needs, such as a recent discharge from the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
Our care coordinator, Daisy, draws from our trained local team to suggest carers who fit on personality as much as skill, and you help make the choice. We also line up a relief carer, so cover stays seamless when your main carer takes a scheduled break.

What can live-in carers help with?
Support is shaped around what each person needs, but usually covers three areas.
