The level of live-in care you receive will be dependent on your needs, but you can expect support in the following areas. Day to day activities such as meal planning, cooking, housework, shopping and gardening. We can also provide pet care such as feeding and walking.
In terms of personal care, our carers can assist with washing and dressing, grooming, nail care and monitoring health vitals including blood pressure and blood sugar. We can also assist with continence support and catheter care. Our carers will coordinate with your GP and other healthcare professionals. We can also help with medication management and administration.
For your emotional needs, your carer will provide companionship and assistance to attend social events. They can also provide support to stay connected with family members. We will work with you and your family to agree a level of care and support that will maintain your independence while ensuring your needs are met.
